  • 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional, for an extra kick)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 eggs

Now, here’s how to make this mouthwatering Shakshuka:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
  3. Add the red and green peppers and cook for 5-7 minutes, until they start to soften.
